How to prepare for a KY yoga class & what to bring?

We invite you to enthusiastically approach your yoga practice.

However, please consult you physician to make sure you have a healthy condition to practice yoga.

Bring something to sit on, such a yoga mat and a towel or blanket , a shall to cover your self during relaxation.

Wear comfortable clothes, white/like colors preferred.

Come with an empy stomach, don’t eat at least two hours before, if you have to eat something before class, eat a piece of fruit.

Bring a water bottle.

Beginners and experienced yogis are welcome.
